Although we do transactional real estate, the majority of our practice is dedicated to the landlord-tenant area and real estate litigation. We regularly appear in Civil Court for summary non-payment and holdover proceedings, both residential and commercial. We also defend the owners in HP and 7A proceedings. In adition, we appear before the Supreme Court, Bankruptcy Court and the Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
